Ingredients

White Chia Pudding:
  • 1 cup cashew milk
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
Blue Chia Pudding:
  • 1 cup cashew milk
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp blue spirulina powder
Smoothie:
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 piece fresh ginger
  • ½ cup cucumber, chopped
  • 1 frozen banana
  • handful blueberries
  • ¼ avocado
  • ½ scoop protein powder
Toppings:
  • Jam of your choice
  • Fresh fruit

Method

  1. Make your chia pudding by placing all ingredients into a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Seal & shake vigorously to combine.
  2. Place in refrigerator for 2-3 hours or overnight.
  3. Make your smoothie by placing all ingredients into a high speed blender & blend.
  4. Layer ingredients on top of one another! Top with Berry Burst Oat Clusters and enjoy!
